    Our apartment-style suites are designed for efficiency and shared comfort, making them an ideal choice for colleagues, groups, or families. These units provide a more communal feel than our standalone houses while still maintaining private sleeping quarters.

    Every apartment across buildings 622, 623, and 624 includes these amenities:

    Two Private Bedrooms: Each furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed.

    Living Area: A relaxing space featuring a couch and matching armchair.

    Entertainment: Includes a flatscreen TV with Roku for easy streaming.

    Kitchenette: Includes a microwave, small refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker for light meal prep.

    Connectivity: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the suite.

    Our buildings feature different restroom configurations to match your privacy preferences:

    Building 624 | Dual Private Baths: Features two full bathrooms—one located privately inside each bedroom for maximum individual privacy.

    Building 623 | Central Hallway Bath: Features one shared bathroom located in the hallway between the bedrooms for easy access from the living area.

    Building 622 | Jack & Jill Bath: Features one shared bathroom situated between the bedrooms with private entry doors from both rooms.

    Our motel suites offer private, streamlined accommodations. All units feature comfortable Queen-sized beds and essential amenities for a productive stay.

    Building 601: The Red Horse Inn (Premium Suite)

    Our most spacious motel option, offering an open-concept living and dining area.

    The Layout: A "Premium Suite" experience featuring a generously sized living room that greets you upon entry.

    Entertainment: Includes a flatscreen TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows.

    Integrated Kitchenette: The living area includes a functional kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig—perfect for relaxing and snacking in one social space.

    Sleeping Quarters: The bedroom is located separately in the back of the suite for a quiet, restful environment.

    The Vibe: A step up in size and comfort for just a few dollars more.

    Building 603: The Executive Motel

    An efficient, well-organized space designed for the traveler on the move.

    The Layout: You walk directly into the main bedroom area, which features a classic rolltop desk, providing a dedicated space for work or correspondence.

    Entertainment: Includes a flatscreen TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows.

    Kitchenette: A compact prep area (including a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and sink) is tucked in the back between the bedroom and the bathroom.

    Efficiency: Designed for those who want a functional, clean, and classic home base where everything is within easy reach.

    Our dormitories offer extremely affordable accommodations for the Central Coast. These rooms provide a clean, secure, and straightforward home base for guests prioritizing value and proximity.

    Building 600 | Functional & Essential

    Our most economical lodging option, perfect for individual rotations, large groups, or individual looking for affordable accommodations.

    Sleeping: Features one Twin-sized bed.

    Amenities: Rooms feature a clothing storage wall unit, refrigerator and coffee maker.

    Bathroom Options:

    Standard: These units include a private bathroom in the room.

    Economical: Shared shower and restroom facilities located down the hall (our lowest-cost rate).

    The Vibe: Simple and efficient for the budget-conscious traveler.

    Building 618 | Private Resident Dorm

    A spacious layout featuring a larger bed and dedicated work area.

    Sleeping: Features a Full-sized bed in a private, secure room.

    The Layout: Most rooms share a Jack-and-Jill restroom with the room next door. Each residence is private and locked from the other guest to ensure security.

    Amenities: Rooms feature a clothing storage wall unit, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

    Workspace: Includes a separate section of the room with a table that can be used as a desk.

    Building 619 | Multi-Bed Dorm

    Identical to Building 618, but configured with two beds.

    The Layout: Features the same private, lockable Jack-and-Jill bathroom configuration as Building 618.

    Sleeping: The room is divided into two sections—one side contains a Full-sized bed, and the other side contains a Twin-sized bed.

    Amenities: Rooms feature a clothing storage wall unit, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

    Utility: A great option for those who need a multi-bed setup while maintaining a private, secure environment.
