Military Training and Official Group Reservations
Official Military Unit & Group Training
Units and Service Members training on base have priority are encouraged to book 60–90 days prior to arrival. Please note that the rate structure for official training differs from leisure travel:
Rate Structure: Official group reservations are charged per bed, whereas leisure travel is charged by the type of quarter (House, Apartment, or Room).
Availability: Official military orders and training groups receive priority booking and can reserve quarters more than 30 days in advance.
